Your information, straight talk

We're a family tree service, not a data company. The only information we collect is what you type into our quote form. We use it to call you back about your trees — nothing else. We don't sell it, we don't run ads on it, and this website sets no cookies and tracks nothing.
What we collect
When you fill out the quote request form on our site, we receive:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Which service you need
- Whatever you tell us about the job
- Whether you were reading the site in English or Spanish, so we know which language to call you in
That's the whole list. We don't ask for your address, your email, or any payment information on this website.
What we do with it
We use your information to call or text you about the job you asked us about, to give you an estimate, and to schedule the work. We may keep a record of the job for our own business files.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. We don't send marketing emails, and we don't add you to any list you didn't ask to be on.
Calls and texts
By sending a quote request, you're telling us it's okay to call or text you back about it. If you'd rather we stop contacting you, just say so on the phone, reply STOP to a text, or call us at (706) 537-9540. We'll honor it.
Who else touches your information
Two companies help us run this website. Neither of them is allowed to sell your information:
- Web3Forms takes your quote request from the form and delivers it to our email inbox.
- Netlify hosts this website, which means their servers deliver these pages to your browser.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or if it's needed to protect someone's safety.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no cookies and no tracking. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, and no advertising tracker of any kind on these pages.
The one thing we store is your language choice, if you switch between English and Spanish. That's saved in your own browser on your own device so the site remembers next time. It never reaches us, and clearing your browser data erases it.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests as long as we need them to serve you and to keep ordinary business records. If you want us to delete what we have about you, call or email and we'll take care of it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (706) 537-9540 or email info@trucuttreeservice.com and we'll handle it. You don't need a special form or a lawyer — just ask.
Children
This site is meant for homeowners and property owners. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is a big one, we'll say so clearly.

Somos una empresa familiar de servicio de árboles, no una empresa de datos. La única información que recibimos es la que tú escribes en nuestro formulario. La usamos para llamarte sobre tus árboles — nada más. No la vendemos, no hacemos publicidad con ella, y este sitio no usa cookies ni rastrea nada.
Qué información recibimos
Cuando llenas el formulario de cotización en nuestro sitio, recibimos:
- Tu nombre
- Tu número de teléfono
- Qué servicio necesitas
- Lo que nos cuentes sobre el trabajo
- Si estabas viendo el sitio en inglés o en español, para saber en qué idioma llamarte
Esa es toda la lista. En este sitio no te pedimos tu dirección, tu correo, ni información de pago.
Para qué la usamos
Usamos tu información para llamarte o mandarte un texto sobre el trabajo que nos pediste, darte un presupuesto y agendar el trabajo. Podemos guardar un registro del trabajo en nuestros archivos.
No vendemos, rentamos ni intercambiamos tu información con nadie. No mandamos correos de publicidad y no te agregamos a ninguna lista que no pediste.
Llamadas y mensajes
Al mandar una solicitud de cotización, nos estás diciendo que está bien que te llamemos o te mandemos un texto sobre ella. Si prefieres que dejemos de contactarte, solo dinos por teléfono, responde STOP a un mensaje, o llámanos al (706) 537-9540. Lo respetamos.
Quién más ve tu información
Dos empresas nos ayudan a operar este sitio. Ninguna tiene permiso de vender tu información:
- Web3Forms toma tu solicitud del formulario y la entrega a nuestro correo.
- Netlify aloja este sitio, lo que significa que sus servidores entregan estas páginas a tu navegador.
También podemos compartir información si la ley lo exige, o si es necesario para proteger la seguridad de alguien.
Cookies y rastreo
Este sitio no usa cookies ni rastreo. No hay Google Analytics, no hay píxel de Facebook, y no hay ningún rastreador de publicidad en estas páginas.
Lo único que se guarda es tu elección de idioma, si cambias entre inglés y español. Eso se guarda en tu propio navegador, en tu propio dispositivo, para que el sitio lo recuerde la próxima vez. Nunca nos llega, y si borras los datos de tu navegador, se borra.
Cuánto tiempo la guardamos
Guardamos las solicitudes de cotización el tiempo que las necesitemos para atenderte y para llevar nuestros registros normales del negocio. Si quieres que borremos lo que tenemos sobre ti, llámanos o mándanos un correo y lo hacemos.
Tus opciones
Puedes preguntarnos qué información tenemos sobre ti, pedirnos que la corrijamos, o pedirnos que la borremos. Llama al (706) 537-9540 o escribe a info@trucuttreeservice.com y lo resolvemos. No necesitas un formulario especial ni un abogado — solo pídelo.
Niños
Este sitio es para dueños de casas y propiedades. No está dirigido a menores de 13 años, y no recopilamos información de ellos a sabiendas.
Cambios a este aviso
Si cambiamos la forma en que manejamos tu información, actualizaremos esta página y cambiaremos la fecha de arriba. Si el cambio es importante, lo diremos claramente.
